High-vibration emotions dictate our physical and mental states, so you were likely feeling full of positive emotional energy. Engaging with low-frequency patterns like worrying non-stop, perpetual negativity, persistent guilt, and lack of boundaries is a fast-track to draining your emotional energy.

Noticing this relationship between emotional state and productivity is an essential first step in your journey towards long stretches of time in which you are in the zone, feeling flow, fully engaged, and productive.
