Michael F. Steger, PhD, is a psychologist and professor at Colorado State University, renowned for his research on meaning and purpose. He is the founder of the Center for Meaning & Purpose and the creator of influential tools such as the Meaning in Life Questionnaire (MLQ) and the Work & Meaning Inventory. Dr. James Pawelski is a leading figure in the field of Positive Psychology and a co-founder of the world’s first Master of Applied Positive Psychology (MAPP) program at the University of Pennsylvania. He has led major international research initiatives and is widely recognized for advancing evidence-based approaches to happiness, character strengths, and meaningful living.
Suzie Pawelski holds a Master’s degree in Applied Positive Psychology and specializes in applying happiness science to relationships, health, and everyday life. Her work bridges research and practice, helping individuals and couples cultivate positive emotions, resilience, and stronger interpersonal connections. She is known for making positive psychology accessible, practical, and deeply human.
