Why This Training Will Transform Your
Life and Career

Change the Lives of young ones

As the Dalai Lama so eloquently puts it, “if every 8 year-old in the world is taught meditation – we will eliminate violence from the world in one generation.” This is possibly the closest to world peace we will ever get, and we are excited that you will play your part in this quest. During this course you will learn from two leading educators all the theoretical and practical tools and knowledge you need to introduce mindfulness practices to children of all ages in a fun, engaging, and impactful way.

Enhance Your Professional Path

Whilst the classroom may be an obvious place to teach mindfulness to kids, we know that adult interactions with kids occur in many other personal and professional settings such as at home (for parents), in youth groups, therapeutic sessions, local community meetings, playgroups, and so forth. Additionally, many schools welcome external workshop facilitators – you can be the mindfulness workshop facilitator that the school books once you graduate from this training.

Phenomenal Kids' Mindfulness Content

As this course is built from the ground up it assumes no prior experience. You will start with the basics and build a huge toolbox of activities throughout the course. Each module brings you four new topics and activities with relevant tools, theory, research, and practice. Sally provides you with real-world experience of delivering mindfulness to thousands of kids, and Chris shares the knowledge he has gained from many years of research and teaching at Harvard Medical School. Combined, you are receiving everything you need from true experts so that you can go out and make a huge difference in the world.

A group of people sit in a circle on cushions in a warmly lit room with plants and a world map. Text overlay reads, "Learn from a World-Renowned Expert."

Fulfil your Dream and Vision

You are here for a reason. You feel the urge to positively change kids’ lives. This training will provide you with the knowledge and practical skills to turn your dream and vision into reality.
