What is Breathwork Transformation?
Breathwork Transformation is a therapeutic breathing technique, relieving tension and stress while taking you deep into yourself. Through this circular breathing you tap into your deeply buried obstacles and cleansing them. It is a healing process, making you feel fully alive and free.
Each breathwork session is different and people go through a variety of experiences including connecting with past trauma while releasing it, gaining incredible insights in an area that felt confusing, feeling deeply buried emotions and resolving the undercurrent issue that trigger them, being visited by loved ones (frequently those that have died), and a feeling of unity with all humans, animals, and nature.
In Itai’s Breathwork Transformation you combine Breathwork with a variety of mindfulness techniques to allow deeper self-awareness and personal growth. As a participant you would be invited to work with internal challenges and obstacles in a way that would enable healing and transformation.
If you attended a breathwork session you know that the words “life-changing” are accurate and true. There is no other technique that could take you as deep into yourself, in such a short period of time, as breathwork. Words of Advice
I have been teaching breathwork sessions for more than 20 years, working with thousands of students. During this time all I have seen was growth and positive transformation. The same applies to the strong body of scientific research of breathwork, showing the benefits of breathwork.
At the same time, breathwork might trigger powerful physical and emotional responses. Therefore, it is recommended that you talk to your doctor before practicing breathwork if you have, or have a history of: cardiovascular disease (any issues heart-related), high blood pressure, glaucoma, retinal detachment, osteoporosis, recent injury or surgery, history of panic attacks, severe mental illness, seizure disorders, family history of aneurysms, and asthma (and make sure you have your inhaler next to you during the session). Pregnant women or breastfeeding women should also consult with their doctor.
