Dr Itai Ivtzan is offering two support options:
Short-term Awareness Sessions: 1-3 sessions (frequently, one session is enough) where we are focusing on a specific question. This process addresses issues such as personal projects, questions concerning the right job or relationship, life transitions, and other situations which you find confusing and wish to be supported in order to choose a course of action that is right for you. If you feel stuck or unsure in a certain area this awareness session will help you clarify the best way forward.
Long-term Awareness Sessions: This is a longer process (anything between a few months to a few years) where we are move deeper into your difficulties and challenges in order to unpack your personal patterns and gradually dissolve them. One of the most difficult human experiences is facing ourselves, with courage and authenticity. And yet this is the most rewarding experience you could have – as it would make it easier to realise the roots of your difficulties and questions while letting go of them.
Choosing a “One to One” Awareness session would accelerate your journey towards freedom. Itai views each client – not himself, as the expert on his or her life. His role is to reflect and guide you, the client, towards discoveries of your own experiences and the origins of your individual beliefs. This allows transformational work which guides you towards finding clear answers to your questions.
Itai values the therapeutic relationship and strives to establish a collaborative environment, free of labels and blame where clients are empowered to change and grow. You will find that this process takes you closer to understanding your meaning and purpose in life.

Face to face and Skype Sessions
All sessions are offered either face to face or on Skype. Skype sessions became a popular 1-to-1 option during the last few years as a result of the reliable, private, free, and secure online video calls it offers.
